2R Construction, LLC, is a small business owned by Romano Dillard, a man with great ambition and passion for the Construction Industry. He has over 30 years of experience working for many construction companies and has held several titles. With the knowledge he gained, he decided to start his own company in the year of 2000.

He started out locally doing small dirt pads and hauling materials as “2 R Trucking & Dirt Work.” As time progressed, he generated a larger scope of work. This progress allowed him to become a Licensed Contractor in Highways Streets and Bridges; Concrete Construction and Demolition, which led to the name change of “2R Construction, LLC. “

Today, we are a complete earthwork contractor servicing most of North Louisiana. We offer a wide variety of services in Site Preparation, Earth Work, Erosion Control, Demolition, Ponds, Hauling and Highway work.

We are fully insured and licensed with the Louisiana State Licensing Board of Contractors. We are certified as a DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) with the State of Louisiana. We are both HUBZone and 8(a) Certified under the U.S. Small Business Administration. We are also a member of the Minority Supplier Institute (MSI) and the Fair Share Program of Shreveport, Louisiana.
